Impact of Retail Service Quality and Store Service Quality on Patronage Intention towards Organized Retail Industry

Purpose: A proper service increases the customer satisfaction and positive word of mouth. The aim this paper is to find out impact retail quality store on patronage intention mouth towards organized industry.
 Design/methodology/approach: study data were collected from [location masked for blind review] using a structured questionnaire. sample 419 was used. structural model developed analysis linkage between variables.
 Findings/results: Findings reveal that are increasing satisfaction. findings showed quality, significantly Problem solving major issue faced by stores. Hence they have take immediate action it maintain their loyal base
 Practical implications: Problem-solving not having significant relationships with Store managers create pleasant experience amplify strength factors bond customers
 Originality/value: This helpful as well new entrepreneurs who going start venture in business.
